The Obligatory First Post

I've been pondering fancifully about writing a blog for a while. I have actually been told on several occasions that I should start a blog, and the most recent time was just last month by a friend who I'd poured my heart out to in an email.

So, here I am. This is actually a second go around for me on the blog front.  My first attempt was too false. I just didn't have enough confidence in my own voice, and I burned out trying to write how I thought I needed to write.

This time around I've been held up for a while in indecision about who my audience is, what I want my voice to be, and should I have a single topical type blog or a blog that is just a hodge podge page of all my own inner dialogues?

Most likely the latter is what this will turn to be. Only God knows the direction this will or will not take, and I am confident he will sort out all of those details for me as he always does on my little rabbit trails in life I take.
